Webshop Delivery Terms (Summary)
Prices include 21% VAT.
14-day return policy. Applies only to products that are unopened, unused, and in saleable condition.
If a product you ordered is exceptionally out of stock, we will notify you by email.
It is not possible to add or remove items from already paid webshop orders.
If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, please notify us immediately by email at sales@ajmpalvelu.es.
Deliveries and installations in the Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa area.
By placing an order, you consent to the use of your personal data. Our company stores and processes personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR. We only disclose customer data when necessary to fulfil the purchase/installation (e.g., to the installer, the product supplier, and the accountant).
Sales and installation are generally handled by the reseller or their representative.
Detailed Delivery Terms
1. Delivery time
We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone. If we see that delivery will take longer than normal, we will inform you as soon as possible.
2. Delivery methods
Free delivery for orders over €50 within Orihuela Costa / Torrevieja.
For orders under €50 within the same area, the delivery fee is €5.

4. Right of return
Products have a 14-day return period. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in saleable condition. For complaints approved by AJM-palvelu regarding defective products or incorrect deliveries, returns can be made free of charge.
Please notify returns in advance by email to sales@ajmpalvelu.es or by phone at +34 634 307 035.
In your message, kindly include:
– Reason for return (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)
– Order details (name / order number)
– Whether you only want to return the item for a refund, or you would like us to send a replacement (we will settle any difference).
– Bank account details for the refund.
5. Order cancellation
You may cancel your order if delivery has not occurred within a reasonable time. Notify cancellations at sales@ajmpalvelu.es . We normally inform customers by email or phone if delivery time deviates from normal. We also reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the payment to the customer's account. tilille.
