Terms of delivery for the online store in brief:
Product prices include VAT 21%
The products have a 14 day return policy. Return rights apply only to unopened, unused and salable products. If the ordered product is not in stock, this will be notified to the customer via email. It is not possible to add or remove paid subscription products in the online store. If the wrong product has been delivered, or if the product is defective, the consumer must immediately inform the email@example.com address. Deliveries and installations in the Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa area.
By placing an order you agree that your personal data will be stored and processed. Our company stores and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR Directive. We only disclose customer data in a marketing / installation situation, such as the product installer, the product supplier and the accounting service. In principle, our sales and installation is handled by the Dealer or its representative.
Detailed delivery terms
1. Delivery time
We will be in contact with customers as soon as possible via email or by telephone. If the delivery time is longer than normal, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
We deliver orders over 50 euros without shipping costs to the Orihuela Costa / Torrevieja area. Delivery of orders less than € 50 orders to Orihuela Costa / Torrevieja in the region is € 5.

4. Return policy
Products have 14 days return policy. The returned product must be unopened, unused and salable. For defective products or incorrect delivery approved by the AJM Service can be returned free of charge. Information concerning the return must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone + 34 634307035.
The reason for the return (if the product is broken or incorrect). Subscriber identification (name / order number). If you want only to return the product and get a refund or if you wish us to send the corresponding product to replace the damaged or incorrect product (we will refund the difference).
Please, enter your account number for the refund.
5. Canceling your order
The customer can cancel the order if the delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. You must inform email@example.com about your order cancellation. Usually we notify our customers via e-mail or telephone if the delivery time differs from the normal. We also reserve the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer's account.
